Trump’s paved makeover of the White House’s Rose Garden is part of his bigger plan to add his own flourishes to the Executive Mansion and its grounds.Â
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Trump and other donors have committed to raising the money needed for construction. She did not name any of the other donors.
