A record-setting number of runners — more than 9,000 — are set to hit the pavement on Sunday. And one Lincoln runner outlined his plans this week as he prepares for the Good Life Halfsy.
Schulyer native Manuel de Arco will be running his second half marathon during Sunday’s Good Life Halfsy.
